Managed IT and other professional services are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as an MSA or statement of work). These Website Terms do not create a service relationship and do not replace any client agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
